Step by step

  1. 1

Open Marketing and choose New campaign. Marketing access follows the workspace’s role and permission controls.

  2. 2

Choose email or SMS as one clear delivery channel for the campaign so consent, pricing and reporting remain understandable.

  3. 3

Start from a suitable campaign template or create your own message. Keep claims accurate and use a clear booking or contact action when one is relevant.

  4. 4

Select a built-in or saved audience segment, then refine the audience filters for the clients the message is genuinely intended to reach.

  5. 5

Review the audience preview. It separates eligible recipients from people excluded by missing contact details, consent, unsubscribe, suppression or frequency rules.

  6. 6

For email, check the subject, preview text, sender identity, reply-to address, content and links. For SMS, review the final character and billable-segment estimate.

  7. 7

Send a test to an authorised address or phone before launching a material campaign. Open every link and complete the intended booking path.

  8. 8

Review the final eligible-recipient count and estimated delivery price. Pricing is based on eligible recipients and channel usage, not the name or number of saved audience segments.

  9. 9

Choose Send now or select a future delivery time. Scheduled campaigns can be cancelled before dispatch, and material edits return a scheduled campaign to draft for review.

  10. 10

After delivery, review sent, delivered, clicked, unsubscribed and attributed-booking activity. Treat email opens as directional because privacy tools and automated scanners can affect them.
