Customize your booking website

Open Booking Site > Design. On mobile choose Design in Site settings section. You need permission to view site and booking settings. Editing also requires business-settings and notification-settings management permission; ask your clinic owner if you see the view-only message.

Choose Clean, Editorial, Immersive, Studio or Compact. Immersive is the default for new clinics. These are complete designs: each sets its own layout, typography, spacing, buttons and section order. Switching templates keeps your colours, photos and written content.

Choose a colour palette. Custom colours override it: enter a six-digit hex colour or use the colour picker for Primary, Accent and Page tint. Primary controls booking actions; Page tint is softened with white. The site adjusts action text for readability.

Select Apply palette colours to clear all three custom overrides, or Reset beside one colour. Choosing a different palette alone keeps custom overrides. Invalid hex colours must be corrected before saving.

Add an optional Headline and Introduction. Empty fields use your business name and About introduction. In Photos & logo upload a logo and up to eight photos; choose a Cover photo and Photo framing to keep the subject visible. Without photos, the site uses the selected template with a branded background.

Under Services & page sections, choose up to six Featured services and optionally add short Service descriptions. Use Content to include to show or hide optional sections and opening hours. The template places sections automatically and omits empty ones; services and contact access remain available in one sticky navigation. On smaller screens, swipe the navigation horizontally to see more sections.

Use Preview to see unsaved changes. Switch between Business page and Booking flow, and between Desktop and Mobile preview sizes. On mobile use Edit design or Preview website. Preview is for appearance: it cannot create a booking or start a payment.

Select Save changes when you are happy. This updates the live site without changing whether online booking is enabled. Reload or use View live site to check the saved result. Discard restores saved values; changing settings sections does not lose edits.

If preview fails, choose Retry preview; your edits are safe. If loading settings fails, use Retry loading. A partial-save message identifies business details already saved and keeps remaining settings or policies available to retry. Discard cannot undo changes already saved to the server.

Open Share site to copy your public website or direct booking link, or Download booking QR code for a PNG image. Contact Support if a save, preview or access problem continues after retrying.
