Enterprise trust, security, and SLAs
Understand Schedmo’s status, audit exports, tenant protection, and support escalation posture.
In this guide
Raise an issue and check status
Open Support to create a request, review replies, and see whether the next action is with Support or with you.
Open the public Status page when bookings, sign-in, or notifications are affected across the business. Include the incident reference in your request if one is shown.
Use urgent priority when live bookings, payments, sign-in, or data access are blocked. Explain the impact, affected users, and when it started.
Share useful evidence safely
Include the business name, affected screen, booking or invoice reference, business-local time and timezone, expected result, and what happened instead.
Never include passwords, verification codes, full card details, identity documents, or unrelated client treatment information in a support request.
If screenshots are needed, ask Support for the approved private submission method. The request form accepts text; do not upload private material to a public image-sharing site.
Follow up and review access
Use Notifications to review delivery records. For an audit or data export that is not available to your role, ask the business owner or contact Support to confirm the authorized process.
Ticket emails link back to the conversation. Reply in Schedmo when you can sign in; if you cannot, email support@schedmo.com and include the request number.
Review the support availability notice for current staffed hours and response expectations. Priority expresses impact; it is not a promise of an immediate response.
Review workspace membership and role permissions before giving someone access. Platform support access is separate from your business team.
