Use your Schedmo client portal

Securely link your personal account, manage appointments and records, save cards with Stripe, update optional profile details, and contact the right support team.

Sign in to your portal

  1. Open the client-portal link on your booking confirmation, appointment email, invoice email, reminder, or the link shared by your business. Client portal accounts are personal and separate from clinic staff accounts.

  2. After booking, choose Sign up for client portal. Your booking name and email are filled in privately; create a password, accept the account terms, and confirm your email. If the email already has an account, choose Sign in to client portal instead.

  3. Always use the same verified email address used for the booking. For privacy, Schedmo does not silently link clinic records using email alone. When a matching unlinked record is found, the portal shows Secure record found and guides you through one short check. Choose the matching booking record when the email is shared by more than one customer, enter the digits from the CUS customer reference after CUS- in an appointment email or reminder, and use the customer last name shown on that booking. That name may differ from your account name when you booked for someone else. A mismatch stays on the form with guidance so you can correct it without losing your entries.

Manage your appointments and records

  1. If you visit more than one participating business, use the business selector in the sidebar. Each business controls which records and self-service features it makes available.

  2. Use Home for the next appointment and priority actions. Use Appointments to review upcoming and past visits, add an appointment to your calendar, book again, or cancel or reschedule when the business policy and notice window allow it. When you book while signed in, Schedmo fills available contact details from that business’s client record and keeps Back to client portal visible throughout the booking. Search by service, practitioner or reference; Clear appointment search restores the selected business’s visits. On phones, use the bottom navigation and choose More for the remaining sections, including Profile.

  3. Use Waitlist to review requests. Choose Manage request to edit preferences or review an offer through a private link, or Leave waitlist to withdraw an active request. Existing appointments stay in place.

  4. Use Forms to complete outstanding intake or consent requests, review submitted forms, and see feedback you previously sent. A form may also be available from its secure email or SMS link; completing either route updates the same request.

  5. Use Invoices to review status and balance, download a PDF, and continue to secure online payment when the business has enabled it. Saved cards are stored and collected by Stripe separately for each clinic; choose Add card to open Stripe. After Stripe returns, the portal confirms whether the card was saved or setup was cancelled. Removing a card requires confirmation and does not cancel or refund an existing payment. Schedmo never receives the full card number. If you return from payment, wait for Payment received before closing the page; a cancelled checkout does not charge you and keeps the invoice available. If a search or status filter hides a record, choose Clear invoice filters to restore all invoices for the selected business.

  6. Use Packages to review remaining sessions, expiry, amount paid, outstanding balance, and redemption history. Choose Book with this package to begin a booking for an included service; the business confirms entitlement use after the visit.

  7. Use Profile to update contact details and optional date of birth, address, gender and emergency-contact information held by the selected business. Update notification preferences there too. Your login email remains part of your secure personal account and is shown separately.

  8. Use Help to ask Schedmo Help a question and receive steps from verified client guides. Use the clinic’s phone or email when you need help with an appointment, treatment, clinical record, charge or refund. Create a Schedmo Support request for sign-in, portal or technical problems, then return to Help to read replies and continue the conversation. The request list covers all businesses linked to your personal account and identifies the related business. Do not include medical details or card numbers in a Schedmo ticket.

  9. If the portal says no linked business, confirm your account email is verified and matches the booking email, then use Verify and show my appointments with the CUS customer reference in an appointment email or reminder. After verification, previous and upcoming appointments linked to that customer record appear together. If the check fails or you cannot find the reference, use the displayed business contact to correct the record; do not create another personal account or ask for a staff login.

  10. Use Personal data & privacy to download a portable copy of your personal account data or request permanent account deletion. Business-controlled treatment, financial, and statutory records can have separate retention requirements.
