Contact Support and manage your requests
Get help from the team, keep your conversation together, and understand who is taking the next step.
In this guide
Create a useful support request
Open Support from your workspace and select New request. If you cannot sign in, use Contact on the public website or email support@schedmo.com.
Choose a clear subject, category, and priority. Use Urgent for live booking, payment, sign-in, or data-access failures; describe how work is affected.
Include the affected screen, record reference, time and timezone, what you expected, what happened, and any steps already tried. Keep passwords, verification codes, card details, and unrelated client information out of the message.
Track and reply to your request
Send the request and keep its number. You can find a request by number or subject and browse older requests with the page controls.
With Support means the team is responsible for the next update. Waiting on you means the team has asked for information. Waiting on a provider means Support is coordinating with an external service.
Open a request to read the conversation and reply. Email notifications provide a link to the same request. Use that link when signed in so replies stay together.
If you reply by email because you cannot sign in, keep the request number in the subject. The support team reconciles mailbox replies with the tracked request; email replies are not automatically imported.
Resolve or reopen the issue
Mark resolved when the issue is fixed. If it returns, reopen the same request or reply with what is still happening.
Check the support availability notice for staffed hours and expectations. Keep one request per issue and add new information to the existing conversation.
