Join a waitlist

  1. Open the business booking link and choose your services and provider. At the time selection step, use Join waitlist under Can’t find a suitable time? The business must have online waitlist requests enabled.

  2. Enter your name and an email address or mobile number the business can reach. Choose From date and Until date within the next 90 days; use the same date for a single day. Keep Any time during working hours selected or enter Earliest start and Latest finish. Times use the business timezone. Choose Minimum notice if you need time to travel or prepare.

  3. Review the selected services and preferences, add any Notes for the business, and choose Join waitlist. No payment is taken. A waitlist request is not a confirmed appointment.

Manage your request

  1. On the confirmation screen, choose Manage your request and keep that private link. The confirmation message also contains a management link. You do not need an account to edit or leave this request. In the client portal, open Waitlist and Manage request for an owned request.

  2. Use Edit preferences and Save preferences to change your dates, times, minimum notice or notes. Offers that still match your updated preferences are kept. Use Leave waitlist and confirm when you no longer need an opening; existing appointments stay in place. Use Correct contact details to verify a replacement email or mobile within 15 minutes. Your place is kept. Confirming makes it the contact method for this request and replaces previous private links and active offers. Shared profile details are unchanged.

Review an offered time

  1. When a time is offered, open the private link and review the response deadline. Review and book opens the normal booking process with the offered services, provider and time. Review the price, policies and any required verification or payment, then complete the booking. The time is not reserved before booking succeeds. Payment pending is shown when payment is required. Failed or expired checkout returns an eligible request to waiting.

  2. Decline this time rejects only that offer and keeps you waiting. Expired offers also return you to waiting. The request expires after the final date you requested. If another client books the time first, return to your waitlist request or contact the business.

Privacy and help

  1. Keep management links private. A paused business can stop new offers while your request remains manageable. If a link expires or your request cannot load after reloading, contact the business using its booking-page contact details.
