Enable and add a site
Multi-location management is available only when Schedmo has enabled Locations for your organisation. The feature is off by default, and existing workspaces, subscriptions, team limits and booking pages do not change while it is off. An owner can open Locations from the workspace navigation; other roles keep their existing site access.
From Locations, select Add location. Enter the site name, address, phone and timezone, then choose which current team members and services to copy. Country and currency stay aligned with the organisation. Select Create location once; if the connection is interrupted, retry without creating a duplicate.
Review team and services
The new site starts with online booking and online payments off. Copied services become site-specific offerings, so open that location and review Services & prices, team-service assignments, practitioner availability, booking policies, notifications and business details before publishing.
A real person counts once toward the organisation's bookable team-member allowance even when assigned to several sites. Their roster, public visibility and service assignments remain local to each site, but an appointment or approved time off at one site removes conflicting public availability at every site.
Allocate and switch sites
To change an existing person or service allocation, switch to the destination site, return to Locations and select Manage allocations. Select everything that should remain at that site and save once. The complete change is applied together; Schedmo prevents removal while the person or service has future appointments there, and historical appointments remain with their original site.
Use Manage site on a location card to switch the active workspace. Each location has its own calendar, clients, services and prices, team roster, settings and reports. Staff see only locations to which they have access.
Publish or get help
When a site is ready, enable its public and online-booking settings and verify its booking page. Customers can choose among the organisation's published locations from the booking page; unpublished sites are not shown.
Additional locations currently inherit access from the organisation's primary subscription without creating a separate Stripe subscription or location charge. The owner can make another site primary from that site's Locations page; subscription ownership moves without creating a new subscription. A primary site cannot be erased while other sites depend on it. Pricing for future additional-site plans may vary by billing region; Schedmo will show any charge before it is introduced or accepted.
If Add location is missing, confirm you are an owner and ask your Schedmo administrator to enable Locations. If a person or service cannot be allocated, make sure it is active at another organisation site. Contact support@schedmo.com if the problem continues.
