Upload photos and resolve rejected images
Add appropriate photos, understand image checks and replace a photo that cannot be accepted.
In this guide
Choose and upload a photo
Choose a still JPEG, PNG or WebP photo that is suitable for a workplace. Sexual or pornographic content is not accepted. Image checks help enforce this rule but can make mistakes.
For business branding, open Booking Site > Photos & logo and use the logo or photo picker. You need permission to manage business settings. Wait for each upload to finish, then select Save changes. Photos accepted from a mixed selection remain in the gallery even if another photo is rejected.
For marketing, use Upload logo in the brand kit or Upload image on an image block in the email designer. You need marketing management permission. Accepted images enter your image library; save the brand kit or campaign to keep the change. New image URLs cannot be pasted directly; upload the photo or choose a checked image from your library.
For a client form, open the secure form link or the pending form in your client portal. Use Add a photo or PDF. Photos are checked when the draft is saved and again as needed on submission. A rejected photo prevents that save or submission; your previously saved draft remains available.
Replace or retry a photo
If you see “This photo does not meet the app's criteria. Please use a different photo.”, choose a different photo. In a form, remove the rejected attachment before selecting its replacement. If an appropriate photo is repeatedly rejected, contact Support for help.
If the photo could not be checked right now, wait briefly and try again. The unchecked photo has not been saved. Wait for the upload or form save to succeed before leaving the page.
Privacy and help
Photo screening runs within Schedmo’s own backend infrastructure. Photos are not sent to an external image-moderation provider. PDF attachments remain documents; this photo check does not inspect images embedded in PDFs. Contact support@schedmo.com if upload problems continue.
